Fighting Winter’s Bite: Luxuriously soft headbands & neck gaiters

Suggested use: Don this cozy headband to ward off the chill of winter. Choose one slightly larger than your head size and use it as a warm neck gaiter!

Materials: 100% baby alpaca from Peru.

Which color combinations do you like the best?

Dimensions: 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide. Circumferences vary, typically about 22.5 inches (57 cm). Some with fringe edgings.

Handwoven on12” rigid heddle loom with a 7.5-dent reed

Try them on to find your best fit!

Special weaving technique: Warp and weft floats.

Overlapped edges: Headband on display, 2025.12.06.

Headbands reversible!

Care: Hand wash in cold water with a gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.

Finishing touches: Crossed decorative ends and/or novelty buttons, and a wooden ‘handmade with love’ button or a metal ‘handmade’ charm.
